Promotion Terms and Conditions: $100 Gift Card for Listing on NEXT by Nobis

Eligibility:
This promotion is open to individuals who are legal residents of Canada or the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Employees of Nobis and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Promotion Period:
The promotion begins on April 8, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on April 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Promotion Period”).

How to Participate:
To qualify, participants must successfully list a Nobis item on NEXT by Nobis during the Promotion Period. Listings must be complete and meet all submission requirements outlined on the NEXT by Nobis platform.

Reward:
Eligible participants will receive one (1) $100 CAD or $100 USD Nobis digital gift card (currency based on the country of residence). Limit of one (1) gift card per person regardless of the number of listings submitted.

Distribution:
Qualified participants will receive their digital gift card via email to the address associated with their NEXT by Nobis account on or after April 15, 2025.

Additional Terms:

  • Incomplete or fraudulent listings will not be eligible.

  • Nobis reserves the right to verify all submissions and to refuse distribution of the gift card if fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected.

  • This promotion is valid only on the Canada and United States versions of the NEXT by Nobis site.

  • Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the general terms of use of Nobis and NEXT by Nobis.
